5TH CRANIOMAXILLOFACIAL
COURSE

Thursday 28 - Saturday 30 September 2023

Hilton Hotel, Queenstown, New Zealand

The 5th Craniomaxillofacial surgery course (CMF) will be held Thursday 28 – Saturday 30 September 2023 at the Hilton Hotel Queenstown (Double Tree) New Zealand. It has been run several times in the past and has been very well received by the participants.

This course will run over three days and is intended to cover the entire craniomaxillofacial curriculum that is required learning for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training program fellowship exams. We cover craniofacial growth and development, cleft lip and palate, odontogentic tumours, orthognathics, cephalometry, trauma, paediatric cranial surgery and many other topics. It is very content heavy and should not be viewed as a relaxing trip.

Priority for accredited trainees of the Australian and New Zealand plastic surgery training programs. Unaccredited registrars, residents and overseas-trained fellows are welcome to attend and may find the content useful.

As in previous years, this course has been endorsed by ASPS, NZAPS and will be supported by industry. A small course fee will be charged but the course is strictly not for profit and gives no benefit to the faculty other than the knowledge that we are maintaining craniomaxillofacial surgery as part of plastic surgery in Australia and New Zealand.

We look forward to your participation in this important educational event in 2023.
